PermiFlow is a reagent used for the one-step fixation
and permeabilization of single-cell suspensions. PermiFlow
allows the detection of intracellular antigens, DNA, and
RNA while preserving the cell surface antigenicity. Further,
cell morphology and light scatter characteristics (flow
cytometry) are maintained. Specific cellular markers including
phosphoepitopes remain detectable by monoclonal antibodies
following treatment of cells with PermiFlow.
