HIV • ViroTect^Tropism

A flow cytometry-based assay that allows the determination of HIV-1 tropism in 3 hours. Following the initiation of therapy using CCR5 inhibitors, this assay can be used to study the efficacy of CCR5 antagonists and determine the presence of a tropism shift.
